Katherine was great! My wife & I really enjoyed working with her. In spite of a significant personal loss during the course of our purchase nothing ever went undone.Always the consummate professional and easy to work with. She facilitated a short sale on this property on our timetable & not the bank's. She took care of several peripheral issues during the sale and was a true advocate for us. She continues to be helpful when we need information on local matters. If we ever buy or sell again in this area she will be our "go to" person.

We began our cabin search with Katherine in July 2010. It did not take her long to understand our personalities as well as our preferences in selection. Whenever we would give her our latest selection of properties that we wanted to look at, she would let us know whether she thought we would actually like the property. Nine times out of ten, she was right in her assessment. As our primary home is in the Atlanta area, we had to do most of our searching on the weekends. There were several, sometimes full-day Saturdays and Sundays that she spent with us showing various properties. She was also always accessible by phone or email during other times. After six months of searching (including a contract deal that fell through), we closed on our dream cabin in December 2010. Katherine still checks in on us to see how things are with the cabin, and she has been a great resource directory of sorts to us as we continue to acclimate to western North Carolina. We would recommend Katherine to anyone who is looking to buy property in the area.
